Abstract
This paper presents a new out-of-band signal detection method and linearization technology of adaptive analog predistortion applied in 5 watts adaptive RF linearized power amplifier of CDMA re-peater.To effectively suppress the spectral regrowth in the adjacent channels,the 3rd and 5th inter-modulation distortions have been improved respectively by 8 dBc and 6 dBc after adaptive detection and adaptive distortion control.
