To Increase Peasants' Income under the Framework of Urban and Rural Harmonious Development

Increasing peasants' income is the key of solving the peasant problem.The status of the peasants' income in China was illustrated briefly,the reasons for increasing peasants' income slowly were analyzed,and countermeasures of building up a long-term mechanism of increasing peasants' income under the framework of urban and rural harmonious development were provided.
