Abstract
Taking the fire safety design of the library of Shanxi Province as example detailed discussion is made on the main building from safe escape, fire compartment and other aspects; at the same time corresponding measures are introduced for fire protection and setting of fire passage. In the end the problems needing attention in routine service process are pointed out.
