Abstract

The safety evaluation of road traffic is a process of multi-factors and multi-indexs comprehensive evaluation. This paper was listed some research on road traffic safety evaluation at home and abroad, started from road traffic safety evaluation of regional road, road network and road segment to study, and analyzed the major methods and the research trend of road traffic safety evaluation. These methods will have a practical significance to improving the road traffic safety and the efficiency of whole network.
