Abstract
Hybrid variety of sweet sorghum Dalishi as experimental material was conducted to the herbicides with soil treatment in field. The weeds population and plant characteristic were observed to select the safe and effective herbicides and provide the scientific basis for controlling weeds in sweet sorghum field. The result showed that three chemical herbicides had significantly control effect on the weeds in sorghum field. Isopropyl with 3750 ml/ha had 100% control weeds in the sorghum field, but it had minimum effect to sorghum growth and development. One application before sowing could achieve ideal control effects.
