Abstract
The selecting index,assessment criteria,unsolved problems about comprehensive improvement of urban environment quantitative system had been analyzed.The fair results of quantitative assessment interrelated with the index and criteria.For further improving the urban environmental management,the measurement and suggestion were made to increase the evaluating weight of environmental quality during 12th five years economic constriction planning,to realize classified management and instruction according to different areas and different cities,and to strengthen examination of environmental protection work standardization and ability building.
