Abstract
We studied the nitrogen accumulation in the deep soil section of 1m after the winter wheat were harvestel under the different fertilizer and irrigation conditions. The result showed: Application of manure and fertilizers could reduce the nitrogen accumulation. The higher of soil fertility, the more nitrogen was accumulated in soil. Both fertilizer and irrigation influenced the accumulation of nitrogen in the soil.
