Abstract
This paper analyzes the advantages and structural characteristics of land reclamation adopting large-scale geotextile bags as the main structure of retaining dyke which is constructed on thick soft stratum, combining the engineering example of Hai′an New port. It also analyzes relevant problems needing attention during construction.
