Abstract

As the capacity expansion and the operation change of Hunanzhen Reservoir,the dynamic control on flood level is needed.The flood stages,control domain and control methods,and the flood storing in the end of flood season were studied,and the risks and benefits of flood dynamic control were analyzed herein.
