Abstract
Based on the method of bibliometrics, the paper counts and analyses quantity of the citation,the types of language, the types of literatures published on 《Journal of Jiangsu University of Science and Technolgoy》(natural science) of 1994 to 1999. This paper has also discussed Chinese core periodicals and the aging limit of the documents with the purpose of providing a scientific basis for academic research and the improvement of the library structure.
