Abstract

In recent years, there has been a clear trend in enterprise performance assessment towards introducing non - financial indicators into the indicator system. Non-financial indicators,however,cannot replace financial ones. It is not the case that the more indicators, the better. And the applicability of the indicators should be reviewed constantly.
