Measure of agriculture informatization level and development trend in Hebei province

Agricultural informatization is necessary to social development to a certain extent,and is an important guarantee to achieve agricultural modernization.After having a review of Hebei agriculture-related statistical data between 2004 and 2012,the article applyies Borat law to measure informatization level of agriculture of Hebei province,and then use GM(1,1)gray prediction model to make predictions of Agricultural informatization level of Hebei Province between 2013 and 2017and to learn that agricultural information level in Hebei Province is still in its infancy.Meanwhile,for predicting results,the article puts forward countermeasures in the increase of informatization level of agriculture,and provides references for policy making.
