Situation of Chinese traditional culture and the development strategy of Chinese medicine

The Chinese traditional culture which has a long, profound, eclectic history, is the nation's intrinsic motivation for survival and development. The economic globalization and cultural globalization have a great impact for traditional Chinese culture both in challenges and opportunities. The Chinese medicine is an indispensable part of traditional Chinese culture. This paper tries to analyze the recent status of traditional Chinese culture to explore the development of Chinese medicine. Finally, the paper reaches to three points: The first one is that the revival of Chinese medicine culture is the fundamental strategy for the Chinese medicine; the second, optimizing the medicine training model is the important way to promote the development of Chinese medicine, and the third, paying attention to the academic innovation of the Chinese medicine is an important direction for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
