Comparative Analysis of 317 Cases of Knee Joint Arthroscopy and Arthroscopic Surgery

Abstract

Objective: To analyse diagnosis and treatment of 317 cases of knee joint disease with the minimally invasive discovered and treated under arthroscopy. Method:Between Oct. 2001 and July 2006,317 cases used the system of R﹒Wolf arthroscopy of Germany on knee joint microscopic examination and made corresponding treatment according to the result of arthroscopy. Result: 317 cases were followed/up from 6 months to 2 years with an average of 11 months. Sufferers stayed in the hospital for 3~5 days,averaged 4.5 days. According to the standard of knee joint function grade point of Lysholm,the patients’ knee joint function assessed 94 minute. Their knee joint movable degree was 110 。 ~140 。 ,averaged 130 。 .Their knee joint function instauration was good,and the effect was satisfying. Conclusion: We could observe the pathological changes inside knee joint and carry on curing using mini-invasive under arthroscopy with less scathe,less instauration time,less syndrome,and shows superiority adequately.
