Abstract
In view of our country highway transportation infrastructure fast development at present,this article elaborated the phenomenon of externality on the highway transportation infrastructure,separately analyzed and showed the phenomena of external economy as well as exterior economic in infrastructure produces,which can cause the people have a more thorough understanding to the highway transportation infrastructure's positive role and the negative influence.
