Electricity metering device is the legal basis of electricity trade settlement for both power suppliers and consumers,whose metering results whether reliable,accurate and true relate to economic benefits of both power suppliers and consumers.Aiming at the problems of electricity metering device in operation for large consumers,the paper puts forward specific improvement and precautionary measures from two aspects of technique and management.
