Abstract
Objective To evaluate meters nitrogen treatment on depression after cerebral apoplexy flat(PSD) curative effect.Methods 77 cases of patients with depression were randomly divided into 2 groups,39 patients in treatment group and control group of 38 cases.The treatment group received mirtazapine tablets and the control group received amitriptyline tablets daily for 6 weeks,while the treatment of patients with HAMD before and after treatment to assess 2,4,6 weekend.Results After treatment,depressive symptoms improved more quickly than the control group,treatment group was significandy higher efficiency(P 0.05),fewer adverse reactions(P 0.01).Conclusion For patients with post - stroke depression, mirtazapine is safe and effective.
