Abstract
The absorption, concentration and phytoremediation of lead(Pb) in soil, the relationship between the concentration of lead and enzyme activity in soil, and the effect of phytoremediation on enzyme activity in soil over time by Digitaria sanguinaisl pot-planting method were studied. The results showed that the growth of Digitaria sanguinaisl was significantly inhibited by lead pollution in soil.Five enzyme activities in soil decreased with the increase of lead concentration.Regression analysis suggested that calatase and urease activities in soil were closely correlative with the concentration of lead in soil, and thus they can be used to indicate the degree of lead pollution in soil. The calatase and urease activities in soil polluted by lead was recovered by phytoremediation, and the effect of phytoremediation can be judged according to the degree of recovery of their activities in the soil.
