Abstract
Combined with practical construction example,project claim principle and operation steps are elaborated.The according to misunderstandings existed in claim management discussion is made.The author points out that construction drawing,technical specifications,contracts and other related documents which is signed by owner,supervisor and construction unit,should be well understood to ensure rationality and reliability in claim work so that more claim projects will be dealt with.
