Abstract
The paper comparatively analyzes the characteristics of energy consumption intensity in the industrial sector in China,and then conducts an empirical analysis on the reasons of the decrease of energy intensity in the industrial sector,utilizing the complete factor decomposition model.The results show that the decrease of the energy intensity in the previous years is mainly because of the improvement of the energy utilization efficiency,and the structural factor has a bidirectional effect on the intensity.
