Abstract

Food is the most essential material condition for human survival and development,food safety is a matter of human health and even life,it is seriously affecting economic development and social stability.Thus,ensuring food security is particularly important.With problems of food safety frequenting,food safety has become one of the most concern issues by consumers.This paper analyzes the problem of food safety causes,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
