Efficacy of a Combined immunization with a Live Attenuated Hepatitis A Vaccine and a Live Attenuated Rubella Vaccine

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of a combined immunization with a live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine and a live attenuated rubella vaccine.Methods Surveillance of rubella antibody and hepatitis A antibody was carried out on 356 children aged from 15 months to 2 years old,and immune effect of vaccine between combined-group and single-group was investigated.Results The study shows little diffenrence in reaction rate of vaccination of the two group(P0.05),while combined immunization reflects a much higher geimetric mcan titer(GMT).Conclusion Combined immunization Can enhance the GMT of vaccine antibody.
