Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological care for spinal cord injured patients with hope and disappointment theory.Method Psychological care and health education of 48 spinal cord injured patients were given by hope and disappointment theory.Results These psychological nursing care methods helped the patients out the mood of disappointment,arose the confidents and hope of life,and decreased the rate of complications.Conclusion Psychological care for spinal cord injured patients by hope and disappointment theory is an effective method to accelerate their psychological and physical healing.
