Abstract
The phillips curve is the one reflecting the relationship between unemployment and inflation rate.In order to reduce the unemployment rate, one country needs to tolerate a certain degree of inflation.Phillips curve is the basic theory of making national macroeconomic policies. In the post financial crisis era,the global economic slump continues, major economies implement currency intervention,Chinese inflation will be affected by many factors. Therefore, when taking macro economic policies to stimulate economic growth, increasing employment, countries need to consider the tolerance of inflation, the phillips curve constantly improves,so as to meet the needs of our country, rather than considering the traditional phillips curve as our policy guidance in keeping the balance between inflation and unemployment.
