Abstract
On the basis of discussing the relationship among tourism information, travel decision, travel consume, the tourism information have been classified into 9 types, the function structure based on the tourists and the project based on Internet about tourism information system (TIS) have been provided and three basic problems on constructing TIS have been pointed out.
