Abstract
The paper design a crossroad traffic signal lamp based the ARM9, the system controls the all crossroad signal lights by single-chip microprocessor and controls the single-chip microprocessor by the ARM9 controlled board. The main controlled computers control ARM9 system board. We can set all phases on the computer, at the same time, we can test and set the parameters on the line.
