Abstract

Objective To investigate the urotensin Ⅱ related efficacy of valsartan treatment patients with essential hypertension. Methods The diagnosis of 60 patients with essential hypertension, according to the different treatments were randomly divided into two groups(valsartan) and the control group(captopril),30 patients were compared before and after treatment of blood pressure changes, and the application of radioimmunoassay to detect urotensin Ⅱ two groups of patients before and after treatment changes, while using Toshiba 65A type color Doppler ultrasound imaging device to detect ventricular function, before and after treatment left ventricular mass index(LVMI)changes were compared. Results The antihypertensive effect of effective rate was 96.7%,the control group was only 73.3% effective, the antihypertensive effect of the observation group was higher than the control group, there was significant difference,P 0.05.Observation group to reduce the degree of SBP after treatment was significantly better than the control group,P 0.05.Observation group to reduce the degree of DBP after treatment was significantly more than the control group,P 0.05.Study group of patients with hypertension and cardiac hypertrophy UⅡ than before treatment and the control group was significantly lower, the difference was significant,P 0.05.Study group of patients with hypertension and cardiac hypertrophy were more pre-treatment LVMI and control group was significantly lower, the difference was significant,P 0.01.Conclusion Valsartan reduces blood pressure by widening blood vessels, into which the level of inhibition of UⅡ,improve ventricular weight struct essential ure and function of ventricular hypertrophy.
