Constitution,Kernel and Foundation of Juansheng's Character:On the Construct of Juansheng's Charater in Luxun's Regret for the Past

Abstract

The article uses the modern linguistic method to research Juansheng's character in Lu Xun's novel Regret for the Past.Juansheng has four aspects: last-man,superman,moralist,penitent;these aspect reflect the superman philosophy of Nietzsche's and Tolstoy's humanitarianism,and they are spirit of Lu Xun's own portrayal,which was based on Luxun's reflection on his own life such as marriage,love and family.
