Improved Approach of Multimedia Transmission Based on Application Layer Multicast and IP Multicast Technology

Abstract

Based upon Application Layer Multicast and IP Multicast Technology,the transmission of the existing P2P Multimedia is improved which has some disadvantages such as time delay in tdfransmission,difficulties of control and management in Multicast Group members.Furthermore,the implementation of the improved method.Lastly,a test in the new net topology and a comprehensive assessment in its test results are given.
