Abstract
The effect of monetary policy is affected by many factors,such as the monetary policy tools,its transmitting mechanisms,the monetary demand from real economy,and so on.Because of the impact of the factors mentioned above,the effect of monetary expansion policy dealing with deflation of our country will be slight.
