Abstract
The course-based laboratory management at medical colleges and universities has the disadvantages of big investment,small scale and low-level repeated construction,which is not helpful for students to enhance their comprehensive and creative ability.A new laboratory management model has been explored in Chengdu Medical College in recent years to adapt to the teaching reform and meet the requirement of producing high-quality medical talents.The article makes a brief introduction of the plan and preliminary achievements of the laboratory management reform.Furthermore,it discusses precautions for future laboratory construction.
