On the Current Network Groups Events and Their Management in China

Network Group Event is a new special form of Group Events.It refers to the formation of the internet users' group in a certain social context for the purpose of the common interest or other related ones,applying internet into tandem networks and organizations,and gathering in the real life abnormally to disturb the normal order of society,as well as group violence events which may or have been influence social and political stability.There are four main modes of network group events in China,namely,the network model caused by public opinion,and the network model caused by deterioration or out-of-control of network rumors,the networks model initiated by interests-damaged group,the networks model launched by hostile elements both from inside and outside.New trends in network groups events has appeared,such cases show the increase of potential insecurity,the expansion of the size,the diversity of main body,the tight of organizations,the legalization of form schedule,and the complexity of international background.Network group event management should establish a sound cooperation and prevention mechanism strengthen the guide of network public opinion,have the initiators and organizers who can timely control the events,and build the interest integration mechanisms.
