On Reform and Practice Of Oral English Teaching for English Majors

Abstract

One of the challenges encountered by English teaching in China is to train students' oral communicative competence. The reform and practice of oral English teaching for English majors should be guided by linguistic theories. Research on reform and practice of oral English teaching should continue and be reinforced due to different learners and different study environment in order to train and improve students' oral English competence in China.
