Abstract
With ethylene-octane copolymer graft maleic anhydride(POE-g-MAH)as compatibilizer, high density polyethylene/polyamide 6(HDPE/PA6)was prepared by means of melting extrusion. The effects of the content of POE-g-MAH on morphological structure, mechanical properties,Vicat softening point and rheological property of the blends were studied. The results showed that the addition of POE-g-MAH enhanced the interfacial interaction of HDPE/PA6.With the content of POE-g-MAH increased, the impact strength enhanced the tensile strength and Vicat softening point increased at first and then decreased.
