Study of Sichuan Provincial Developmental Reconstruction Strategies after Wenchuan Earthquake

The earthquake disaster restoration and reconstruction work was completed during the Wenchuan earthquake.Construction of public infrastructure was greatly developed for economic take-off for the disaster laying a solid foundation.During Twelve Five period,the development of stricken areas got into the reconstruction phase.The disaster economy faced to the transition from recovery to development,from investment-led to market mechanism.However,the starting points needed higher requirements for future economic development to overcome the difficulties.According to reduce poverty and improve the economic level,enhance long-term self-development goals,actively adjust and optimize industrial structure,vigorously develop modern agriculture and tourism industries,this paper proposed to build the affected areas of social,resources,recycling economy demonstration areas of environment and industrial economic coordination development.
