The Pilot Tests on Extracting Cu and Zn from Effluent Containing Cyanide by Amine Extraction and Electrowinning Method

In the paper,new technological process according to the pilot plant tests has been carried out by using extraction and electrowinning method from treatment effluent of cyanide-abstract gold for the first time at home.The worthy metals Cu,Zn and cyanide sodium from the effluent of cyanideabstract gold have been retrieved.This technological process not only has resolved the influence of impure ions from effluent containing cyanide on the norm of cyanide-abstract gold,but also has treated the water environmental pollution.The results showed that the extraction displays satisfying mixing performance,high velocity in separating phase and it is easy to operate and has clean electrowinning process and so on.The pilot plant tests provide reliable process parameter for engineering design.
