Parameter Design of Modular Fixture Based on Solidworks

Abstract

Built a solid model of a fixture in Solidworks and established a parameter list database in Access.Gave the method how to calculate the parameter,the mathematical formula and the geometry limit relations.Built a modular fixture database and the database could help to create different specification fixtures automatically.Created menu for the modular fixture system,compile the parameter driver,established the modular fixture management database in Visual Basic 6.0.
