Abstract
Objective To explore the anatomy structure features of blood-supply and Willis circle with 64-slice spiral CT angiography(CTA).Methods Fifty-nine TIA,45 cerebral infarction and 33 non-symptom patients were examined with 64-slice spiral CTA.Results Statistical differences of stenosis degrees of blood-supply artery were found among these three groups.By the examination of Willis circle, statistical differences were detected on ACA-A1,VBA,CCA-ICA,PCA-P1 and MCA-M1 among three groups. Conclusion Sixty-four-slice spiral CTA can evaluate artery stenosis and Willis circle compensation ability effectively.
