Study on Development of Vice-province Cities′ Tertiary Industry in China——Taking Haerbin as an Example

Abstract

The development level of tertiary industry was an important measure of economic strength standard.Therefore,comprehensive assessment of the tertiary industry would help us to correctly understand the development level of tertiary industry in various regions of our country.Taking the 15 vice-provincial cities of China as reach objects,the authors adopted the principal component analytical method by constructing an indicator system of comprehensive level of development on tertiary industry,then obtained the problems in the development of Haerbin tertiary industry through comparative analysis,and put forward relative countermeasures and suggestions.
