Abstract
Objective To analyze the plague monitoring data, master the plague epidemic dynamic state in Kangbao pasture from 2004 to 2007.And provide the strategies for plague prevention and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods and medical statistics were used for statistics, analysis and evaluation. Results The average density of main host in Meriones unguiculatus weve 0.01-5.01 /ha, and decreased year by year; the average density of Citellus dauricus weve 0.47-0.78 /ha, and relatively stable; The average flea infectious rate of Meriones unguiculatus was 26.85%-35.05% and flea index was 0.35-0.97. The average flea infectious rate of Citellus dauricus was 43.66%-80.14% and flea index was 1.06-5. The infectious rate of nest fleas of Citellus dauricus was 60% and flea index was7.12;Conclusion The plague among the animal was stable. But the average flea infectious rate and flea index of Citellus dauricus nest were higher. We should strengthen plague monitoring to prevent the density increasing again, keep to kill rodents in spring and autumn, and prevent the plague spreading into from adjacent areas.
