Abstract
In order to study the prevalence in Jining Wulanchabu of Inner Mongolia Newcastle disease, the suspected chicken samples were collected from the area.Newcastle disease virus(NDV) was isolated, through the passage of the 10-day-old SPF chicken embryo inoculation. The two isolates were obtained, and the hemagglutination and Newcastle disease virus and Avian influenza virus-positive serum hemagglutination inhibition tests determined the two isolates are Newcastle disease virus, named for JN1 JN2.The MDT,ICPI and IVPI virulence of two isolates were MDT 40.5 h and 43.5 h,1.86 and 1.85,2.38 and 2.69,respectively.JN1 and JN2 two isolates are virulent NDV strains.
