Abstract
The main body of aesthetic activities is aesthetic experience,which comes from the real life experience.If aesthetic experience escapes from real life,aesthetics is baseless.However,real life experience is different from life experience,which can be up to aesthetic attainment after a process of Abstraction and purification.The way of self-attainment is the production of aesthetic experience after the process of life experience,which is a process from simplicity to complexity,namely,from aesthetic feeling and imagination to appreciation and pleasure,leading to the situation of Heaven and Man in One.
