Abstract
Our country focus on the security system of athletes,and the institutional innovation and policy research are emphasized by municipal governments.On the basis of the research and analysis,we build professional athlete ranks framework combined with the discipline and characteristic of competitive sports,and policy and experience of other career fields rank's system.
