Abstract
The synthesis, structure characterization and chelating properties of the function fibre with amidoxime and amidhydrazone were studied. The chelating fibre obtained possesses perfect adsorption properties to variety of heavy metal ions, which makes it possible to remove those heavy metal ions from polluted water and soil. After elution, heavy metal can be recovered while chelating fibre can be used repeatedly.
