Probing into Standardization in Training Programs Management

For Standardized management of training work in JIanghan Oilfield Training Center for the Workers and Staff,it is essential to center closely on development strategic objectives of oilfield enterprise and seriously complete the analysis of training needs based on existing abilities of personnel of each work unit and their career development goals,to draw up training programs in line with the reality of both oilfield and training center through deep investigation,careful analysis as well as elaborate design and meanwhile provide the guidance for the secondary unit to draft annual training plan,to strengthen implementation of training programs by means of selecting desirable teachers,arranging reasonable contents,choosing suitable training methods and advanced training means,and to attach importance to and enhance assessment on training result.
