Abstract

By self-made experiment,the problem of whether buoyancy produced by water can be greater than the gravity of the water itself was explored.It was emphasized that volume in the formula of buoyancy is the volume of the displaced liquid rather than the overflown liquid.Then,Archimedes principle was validated.At the same time,the counter force of buoyancy was shown accurately by using electronic balance.
