The new progression of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage pathophysiology

Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has some features:high incidence rate,high mutilation rate and high mortality. There are not much breakthrough of treatment in recent years.Now the researchs of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage have focusd on the enlargement of hematoma and the cerebral edema.This article reviews the mechanism of brain tissue injury after hemorrhage,the reasons of the enlargement of hematoma,the toxic effect of hematoma and the hemorrhage semidarkness area as well as the change of the local cerebral blood flow and inflammatory reaction.
