Abstract
The variation of the friction coefficient of the CuAlBi alloy at different connecting loads and friction speed were studied by using MMU-5G sliding friction-wear tester, and the mass wear loss on the corresponding condition of the CuAlBi alloy was also measured. The results indicate that the friction coefficient decreases first and then increases with the increase of connecting loads, and decreases with the increase of friction speed. The mass wear loss increases with the increase of connecting loads and friction speed. The wear failure form of CuAlBi alloy is mainly ploug hing.
