Abstract
Tourist service trade is not only the international law and guidelines to regulate nations' tourist service trade,but also an important policy basis to develop foreign trade.Based on the analysis of formation process of tourist service trade,the paper introduces the relevant concepts and contents,summarizes some concerning principles and at last puts emphasis on conforming to some other relevant international regulations.
