From Land-losing Farmers Social Security to Social Endowment Insurance——The Intellection on Social Security Problem of Land-losing Farmers in Suburbs of Nanjing

In the process of industrialization and urbanization, the suburbs of city become the first strategic area. The farmers lived in the suburbs affected by land acquisition lost not only their land but also the basic living and job security provided by land. Therefore, the establishment of safe and effective social security system for land-losing farmers is urgent right now. There are four phases of land acquisition social security policies since the founding of the People's Republic, we found that there are still many problems in the relevant social security policies of land-lossing farmers in practice. Finally, put up with proposals of building a new land-lossing farmer security system and gurarantee to join the social security system in operation。
